S4G is a Toronto based strategic advisory and investment company focused on bridging the gap between Latin America and Canada. Founded by a team of Canadian-Brazilian entrepreneurs and experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds including investment banking, business, engineering and construction and law. Our team has a proven track record in successfully defining and implementing growth and capitalization strategies for companies operating in Latin America, including assisting companies with going public, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances transactions, as well as with equity, debt, royalties, and other alternative financing transactions. The S4G team has been working together for over a decade in different capacities in several sophisticated cross-border transactions involving companies and assets in Latin America and Canada.

Founding Partner
Frederico Marques has over 25 years of experience in structuring and implementing international transactions, including going public transactions, international joint ventures and strategic alliances, public and private M&A transactions, debt and equity capital raising. Throughout his career, Frederico was involved in over US$30 Billion in M&A, financings, joint ventures, and other sophisticated transactions.
Alexandre Penha
Founding Partner
Brazilian born with over 15 years of experience in Canadian Capital Markets focusing in junior mining companies and renewables, including roles in Investment Banking and Equity Research and as Executive Officer of a number of TSX and TSX-V listed companies which he played key roles executing equity raise and going publicly transactions, along with Corporate Development and M&A strategies.
Wes Roberts
Partner
Mr. Wes Roberts, is a professional mining engineer with over 40 years of experience specializing in the economic evaluation and development of mineral deposits, corporate M&A and mining financing, due diligence, and mineral exploration agreements including analysis and negotiation of numerous mineral royalty agreements.
